Interested in gems and jewellery from an early age, Francesca Neri earned a bachelor's degree in management before attending a jewellery design course at Politecnico di Milano, where she discovered her passion for the design universe. During her university years, she also worked as an apprentice in a jewellery laboratory in Valenza, the main goldsmith district of Italy, and designed her first pieces. Then she started to work as a jewellery designer in Rome before moving to London where she worked as a fashion jewellery designer and earned a master's degree at Central Saint Martins. She then continued her career working as a high jewellery designer at Van Cleef & Arpels.
Fascinated by the creative process, Francesca creates unconventional, fresh pieces with a playful soul and a story to tell. By questioning the status quo of traditional techniques and manufacturing processes, Francesca applies an innovative perspective, turning jewellery inside out. She collaborates with Italian artisans and laboratories. For collaborations and bespoke pieces, please get in touch.
